OPORA RUSSIA is a platform for effective professional dialogue between owners and managers of small and medium-sized businesses and representatives of federal executive authorities, regional authorities, municipalities, regulatory authorities and representatives of the expert community.
On the initiative of the Wastepaper Processors League the Commission of OPORA RUSSIA for the Pulp and Paper Industry was formed. The General Director of the League Andrey Mikhailovich Guryanov was elected Chairman of the Commission.
