The enterprise occupies an area of about 40 hectares. KRZ includes four production facilities that belong to different industries. First, KRZ is leading in the Russian market for producing soft roofing and waterproofing materials. Their central part is the materials of increased reliability of the latest generations for the building materials industry.
The company also produces bitumen and mastics for the oil refining industry, paper and cardboard for the pulp and paper industry, and corrugated packaging for the packaging industry. There are 15 production lines in the workshops of the enterprise. The quality management system complies with GOST ISO 9001-2015.

More than 30 countries are regular plant customers, a third of which are EU countries.
At the client's request, the company delivers to anywhere in the world by all means of transport.
June 15, 1962 - the birthday of the Ryazan cardboard and roofing plant. On this day, an act of state acceptance of the first stage of the plant was signed. The enterprise was designed to provide Moscow and the central regions of Russia with soft roofing materials. The design capacity is 50 million square meters of soft roofing and 12 thousand tons of cardboard annually. Since the plant's construction, Nikolai Romanovich Sadenko (1957-1963) has been appointed its first director. KRZ was led by Ivan Alekseevich Karyavin (1963-1970) and Gennady Pavlovich Evdokimov (1970-1977). 2012-2014 – one of the most ambitious projects of the plant was carried out: a new high-tech line for the production of bituminous tiles by the American company Reachel & Drews, a manufacturer with a world name and a century of history, was installed — installation of a plant for the production of PMB, a modern material for road construction. Work under a contract with Rosneft.
