Conditions of joining
Terms of participation:
Members of the Self-Regulating Organization of the Association "League of Waste Paper Processors" may be legal entities and individual entrepreneurs engaged in the collection and processing of waste paper, legally having production facilities for the collection and/ or processing of waste paper and workers qualified for the relevant activities.
Requirements for waste paper processors:
1. The volume of waste paper processing is more than 10,000 tons per year.
2. Experience in the waste paper processing industry for at least 1 year.
Requirements for waste paper collectors:
1. The volume of waste paper collection is more than 1,000 tons per year.
2. Experience in the waste paper collection industry for more than 1 year.
3. Availability of contracts with waste paper recycling companies.
4. Availability of a land plot for the storage of waste paper (owned or leased), availability of equipment for the procurement of waste paper.
5. Recommendation of one of the waste paper processing enterprises, which is a member of the SRO Association "League of PM".
To join the Association, you must provide the following documents:
Suppliers
- Application and questionnaire in the prescribed form with the signature of the head and seal.
- A copy of the certificate of state registration (OGRN), the certificate of registration with the tax authority (TIN), the charter (for a legal entity).
- A copy of an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (EGRIP), the period of issue of which does not exceed three months on the date of submission.
- A copy of the letter of the territorial body of the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of statistical codes.
- A copy of the protocol (decision) on the appointment of a sole executive body (for a legal entity).
